membership is currently full as of 9/1. we are considering opening up additional memberships in october. if you wish to be put on the waiting list, please email members@thorpcreek.com with your name and phone number and we will put you on the waitlist.

There is no fee to submit an application. Once the application is submitted, a member of our staff will reach out to schedule an on-site tour. If your application is approved at your on-site tour, the fee to join is $450 which covers the balance of 2026 and all of 2027.  There are currently 4 membership available. 

Yearly dues are $300 per year and billed each January thereafter.
