There is no fee to submit an application. Once the application is submitted, a member of our staff will reach out to schedule an on-site tour. If your application is approved at your on-site tour, the fee to join is $350 which covers the first calendar year dues.

Yearly dues are $250 per year and billed each January thereafter.
